The Boscombe & Springbourne Walk-In has been operational since 30th July 2011, offering the facility for urgent, non-emergency medical needs to local residents and non-residents, including tourists, students and conference delegates.

The centre gets very busy and we can provide you with information on our next available slots. We do not take bookings over the phone. These are made at reception only.

The Boscombe and Springbourne Walk-In is managed by New Waves Integrated Care, which is a ethical partnership that will work together with local people and within the local community to make a meaningful difference to those lives.

The values of equality, excellence, choice, collaboration and respect are key to the partnership’s values and its profits will be re-invested into the local community.

The health centre aims to be a safe and welcoming place to all who visit, supporting local people in ways that are personal to them, and will promote healthy lifestyles to all.

The centre also aims to improve access to medical services to all local people, including those who do not traditionally seek support.
